Carfax requested this feature as well in our QBR today. They said that monitoring and alerting would be great to have. They also stated that they recently had a DDOS incident where they had a loss of service and we weren't aware of it until after they reached out to us and made us aware. They felt we should've been aware of this prior to them reaching out. They also specifically requested integration with LogicMonitor.

Well, just having notifications on port, VC and BGP up/down would be a great start. By email at first and then integrated would be good (toward LogicMonitor for example)
