When in the MarketPlace the filter for locations shows locations by POP only (i.e. ATL1, ALT2, ALT3...).

I think this is to narrow a filter for some customers and I think they would like to see the filter have the option to show by PacketFabric Market (instead or as well). Maybe we have a filter by Market, then below that we have another filter by the POPs that are under that Market, if a customer wants to dive in that far.
