When managing multiple connections on CR, having to enter the same prefix multiple times is cumbersome and hard to manage. Add a section that allows a user to create prefixes with labels that can then be selected when configuring a BGP session.

Allowing the grouping of prefix labels into groups, similar to prefix lists. These could be used when configuring a BGP session.
